Action film actor Michael Biehn might be joining the second season of The Mandalorian according to a new report from MakingStarWars.

At the moment I cannot say a lot about Michael Biehn’s role in season 2 of The Mandalorian. The only thing I have at the moment is Biehn is playing a bounty bunter from The Mando’s past.

Biehn is best-known for his films such as The Terminator, Aliens, The Rock, The Abyss, and Planet Terror.

They also mention that the series working title Huckleberry is a nod to Michael’s western flick Tombstone and that Bill Burr is expected to make a return.

However, while they’ve been able to get Mandalorian scoops in the past it’s always worth being cautious about casting rumors.

The new season has seemingly already wrapped earlier this month.

Rosario Dawson (Sin City, Death Proof) is reportedly in the series as well playing Clone Wars/Rebels character Ahsoka Tano.

It’s worth noting that both Dawson and Biehn have worked with director Robert Rodriguez in the past, who we confirmed last week as working on the Star Wars series.

Disney had been previously planning to begin airing episodes on Disney+ starting in October, but that might have hiccups due to coronavirus.
